Bart and Femke are the proud owners of Agriturismo Ca’ Pasquin. In 2022, they decided to leave their lives in the Netherlands behind to start a new adventure in the beautiful hills of Piemonte, Italy, together with their two children, Luca and Nero. They wanted Luca and Nero to be able to spend more time outdoors, closer to nature, and they themselves also longed for a life where they could spend more time outdoors.

Vijftien hectare van Agriturismo Ca’ Pasquin
Op Ca’ Pasquin verbouwen wij met veel zorg en aandacht verschillende soorten groenten, fruit en kruiden. Ook lopen er meerdere poezen rond, drie grote maar lieve honden van het ras Maremmano Abruzzese, en een aantal kippen.
The estate is dotted with fruit trees and perennials that we have planted, in addition to the existing cherry, elderflower, apple and plum trees that have been on the property for years. Using old photographs and local stories, we are doing our best to restore the land to its former glory. We are paying special attention to the historic hazel, chestnut and walnut trees, so that they are given the space to flourish again.

Buildings of Agriturismo Ca’ Pasquin
Agriturismo Ca’ Pasquin has always been a farm, with a rich history of keeping goats, cows and even silkworms. After a two-year period of intensive renovation – doing as much as possible ourselves – we opened our doors in early 2024.
Ca’ Pasquin biedt nu drie sfeervolle appartementen, een gezellig vakantiehuisje en een knus tiny house. Elk verblijf is zorgvuldig gerenoveerd met aandacht voor authenticiteit en comfort, zodat onze gasten kunnen genieten van de rust en charme van het platteland. Ook bieden we een kampeerplek aan, voor zowel een kamper (maximaal 7 meter) of een tent.
Now and in the future, we will continue to work on restoring the remaining buildings on the property. Our goal is to preserve the historic appearance of the farm while creating new opportunities for our guests to relax and enjoy all that Ca’ Pasquin has to offer.

At Agriturismo Ca’ Pasquin you are surrounded by vast forests where you can wander and discover. Open fields offer breathtaking views, where you can completely immerse yourself in the tranquility of the area. We are actively committed to increasing biodiversity and let nature take its course as much as possible.
On our site and in the surrounding area you can regularly spot deer and wild boar. With a bit of luck and a good search you will also find special residents such as the fire salamander, slow worm and praying mantis. In spring the landscape is full of protected wild orchids and a large variety of other wild flowers. The populations of bees and butterflies are growing steadily thanks to our efforts to promote a healthy ecosystem.
The natural beauty is crowned every day with an impressive sunset. And on clear nights you can enjoy a magnificent starry sky, where even the Milky Way is visible. An unforgettable experience for every nature lover.
