Payment

When booking we ask for a deposit: 40% of the total rental amount.
This deposit must be received within 7 days of booking.
After confirmation on our side and receipt of your deposit, the reservation is final.
The remaining amount (60%) must be received by us 8 weeks before the arrival date.

Tourist tax:

We calculate the tourist tax on location itself, you can pay this during your stay. In short: tourist tax is €1.30 per person per night up to a maximum of 5 nights and is calculated from 14 years old. For more information see: Comune Roccaverano. imposta di Soggiorno
